Virus in Rodents

Ecological biologists have suggested that there are a number of factors which influence the survival of a directly transmitted virus within a population. This model simulates the effects of some of these factors on the transmission and perpetuation of a virus in a rodent population.

For detailed instructions on using the program, take a look at the info window from the Virus in Rodents model.
