Uri Wilensky

I am currently a professor of Learning Sciences and Computer Science at Northwestern University and am a member of the faculty of the Cognitive Science Program. I am also the founder and current director of the Center for Connected Learning and Computer-Based Modeling. I am a founding faculty member and current governing board member of NICO, the Northwestern Institute on Complex Systems. I have authored numerous software packages including the NetLogo modeling software. I got my Ph.D. from the MIT Media Lab in 1993.
