## WHAT IS IT?
This model is called " Girls get attached" model, inspired by real life difficulties for girls to get attached. And people may not go for the most attractive person around them due to accessiblity, therefore, people get attched to those who are relatively attractive to them and closer to them. In this model, red turtles are females and blue turtles are males. They are randomly placed in a common pool and assigned to certain attraction level. Girls will evalute the males around her and get attached to those males with who they can obtain a relative high level of evaluation.
## HOW TO USE IT
The "occupy" slider controls the total number of population. (It takes effect the next time you click SETUP.) The %-female-male slider controls the percentage of female and males in the view. I purposedly leave some empty spaces for the males and females to be able to move.
The total window monitors the population wherears, the "attach" window are showing how manh femles or males have gotten attached. The graphic generator are displaying the pattern of how the females get attached. We normally will see a stiff curve at the beginning stage running this model and which subsequently gets flater.
## THINGS TO NOTICE
When you execute SETUP, the males and females are randomly distributed throughout the pond. None of them are attched. Once female got attached with a male, there will be a grey pathc lighten up to indicate these two turtles are attached and no longer in a activation status.
## EXTENDING THE MODEL
The concept of social influence can be used in this model, which means the closer males to the particular female, the bigger his influence is and this influence can be the power of x.
