## WHAT IS IT?

This is a model that represents brain connectivity. This is represented in a graph A (t) (connected elements) vs time. The connected areas are thus represented as a function of time.

With this model we can represent the brain connectivity of a person with Alzheimer's, since this disease is characterized by a constant loss of brain connectivity.

## HOW IT WORKS

We represent the two possible states of each area: activated and inactive with the numbers 1 and 0, respectively. The activated areas are green, while the inactive areas are red.

In the interface we find 4 variables.
Start is the percentage of activated initial cells that we want
Mu is the probability that an active area activates its inactive neighbor.
Alpha is the probability that an area becomes inactive.
Prob_broken_connections is the probability of the connections between neurons being broken (to simulate the case of Alzheimer's).

## HOW TO USE IT

To start, configure the 4 variables defined to the interface. Press the set up button below, and finally GO.
